I am actually so excited to share this ...

I finally passed my PTK ! And mind you, not normal pass (aka Aras III) but with flying colours (aka Aras IV). At first, I couldnt find the result. Then I saw it - Level 4 ! I have to look and re-look numerous times to convince myself that it is indeed level 4. Words cant even describe the feeling that I had at this moment.

The first person that I wanna thanked is Jesus. He gave me the strength to persevere, even in times I was facing accusations and emotional torture from my previous boss but God gave me the strength to pull-through. He heard my small little prayer and He answered me. Even after a heavy storm, the sky will clear and blue with beautiful rainbow and sunshine.

Next, I wanna thanked my syg for having faith in me and never once he stopped giving me motivation. He is indeed my guardian angel. I love you, syg ....

Lastly, thank you to all my colleagues that supported and believed in me. That really gave me motivation to show to 'them' that they are wrong in their accusations.

Though there are ups and downs in my life, but I know that You will never forsake me nor leave me. You gave me strength and hope when I am down, and You gave me love.

Thank you Jesus for your ever lasting love to me and my family. For your salvationand many teachings that You have gave us.

And thank you Mother Mary for intercedes all our prayers to your Son.

Amen. '

Outstation ... Again ....

Actually, that refers to my syg ... He is in Bintulu now, till Wednesday which he will then flies off to Sibu and be back on Fri...

I sure miss him already.

Syg, take care kio ...

F1 - Germany GP

Last week saw Hamilton raced to chequered flag. It was a thrilling race which saw him pitted and rejoin in 4th position after leading for almost three quarter of the race. He overtook Massa and Piquet Jr to win the race.

It was indeed a good weekend for McLaren and a bad one for Ferrari. Ferrari obviously lack of speed to match McLaren. Hopefully, they will bounce back in the following race.

What ire me was the way Hamilton so haughtily said to the press - "that Massa didnt defend his position very well. If things were reversed, Massa would not have gone through me so easily. "

I don't know what is wrong with me, am I being prejudice towards Hamilton or what. But somehow, the way he said it to the press makes me think that "This guy is so sure of himself and his head is getting bigger and bigger !" He could sure use some humility, and learn to be a little bit like Kimi. Less air in the head.

Well, what can you say ? There are lots of people with different characters.

These are cute as well, kan ?

"Aku ada cerita ni... lawak la jugak.. tapi jangan ketawa tau...

Aku baru berkahwin setahun yang lepas dan duduk dengan isteri aku. Kami duduk berdua sahaja sebab belum dikurniakan anak. Aku ni ada satu kegemaran -iaitu makan telur rebus. Aku pun tak tahu kenapa aku suka makan telur rebus, sedap agaknya.

Sebelum aku kahwin, aku memang gila telur rebus. Pagi petang siang malam makan telur rebus. Tapi semenjak aku kahwin ni aku terpaksa berkorbanlah, iaitu dengan meninggalkan tabiat aku ini. Lama juga aku dah tak pekena telur rebus ni.. sebab orang rumah aku masak sedap-sedap. So aku dah tak kisah lagilah..

Ceritanya begini, bulan lepas masa aku balik dari kerja, tiba-tiba kereta aku rosak.. Akupun telefon bini aku katakan aku balik lambat sebab kena menapak. Sebab lapar aku pun singgah satu kedai makan tu...

Fuuuuhhh lega rasanya... Baunya pun boleh la tahan... Maklumler berapa biji telur tah aku bedal tadi... Alamak, ada lagi satu la.. Aku pun angkat sebelah punggung dan lepaskan satu das lagi.. Bunyinya PROOOTTT!! ..

Fuh bau jangan cakap beb.. aku pun tak tahan bau dia... aku kipas pakai tangan angin dia kasi kurang sikit bau dia... Adalah macam bau telur tembelang sikit.. Tetiba aku dengar bunyi telefon berdering lagi... hai lamanya tunggu isteri aku ni, aku tak sabar lagi ni nak tahu surprise dia ni.

Aku terasa ada lagilah, kali ni memang aku rasa power punyalah.. aku kumpul dulu kasi padu.. lepastu aku bangun, tonggeng sikit dan lepaskan angin taufan tu... PRRROOOOOTTT! !!!... fuhh lega... bergegar sikit meja makan dibuatnya... peh tak tahan aku bau dia power gila.. aku tutup hidung aku.. aku rasa bau dia ada sikit-sikit macam bangkai la.. mau mati bunga atas meja makan aku ni.. sambil tu aku sebut 'ahhhh.... lega...'.

Adalah dekat 5 minit baru bau bangkai tu hilang.. Lepas tu isteri aku kembali dan minta maaf sebab lambat.. lalu dia kata 'SURPRISE!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!' dan suruh aku buka kain penutup mata aku.. laaa birthday aku hari ni le... camne boleh lupa ni.. Aku buka le kain penutup mata aku.. mulutku terus melopong... ALAMAK!!!

Benda pertama aku lihat.. muka merah padam pak mertua aku, mak mertua aku, adik ipar aku dua orang, duduk keliling meja makan.

Sebelum kentut pertama lagi!!'. "

Hahahahaha.....

p/s: Jangan ketawa kuat-kuat, nanti malu. Senyum buli lah ...

I Want Chocolate Milk Too !

Just to share with you ....

What Is Happening With Malaysia Now ?

Never had I felt such a repulse nowadays while reading the daily news.

What is happening to the country now ? I felt so fed up (not to mentioned embarrased) with our political situation that I wished (sometimes) that I am staying elsewhere.

Just because someone said there is gonna be a rally somewhere, the entire town is subjected to road blocks here and there. Today, I heard on the radio that there is gonna be road blocks as well. Wonder if there is another planned rally today ....

What the ??????

I always thought that democracy is by the people, for the people.

It looks like our pockets are set to have bigger holes now .... And no one seems to be able to have any say at all. And I personally think that the recent debate has yet to provide any help to the citizens of the country.

Addicted to Facebook

Well, that is the recent activity that I joined online - Facebooking.

And I am just hooked on it - at least on some of the application in it. Much more interesting compared to Friendster, whats more with Friendster now being high-jacked by spammers (i seemed to received a lot of messages from my friends, but somehow the message is nothing related to my friends). I wonder how does one report to Friendster ? We can't clicked SPAM on that message coz that will practically block all other incoming messages from our friend.

Hehehe, I know that some are just as hooked on as I am. Not that I am blaming you. It is certainly more fun compared to Friendster and any other application.

Car Broke Down !

Just imagine on jam-packed Sunday afternoon, cars are basically bumper-to-bumper scenario, your car's cluth suddenly failed you and you are stuck, right in the middle of the 3 lanes !

Scary ?

Yup, that was what happened to me last Sunday ! The clutch suddenly gave some scary sound, and poops, it went dead. I was unable to engage into any gear at all, thus had to leave the car's hazard lights on immediately. I was thankful that no car came and honk me, or worse, bang me from behind as it was very jam that day.

Having 4 ladies in the car makes it even more difficult to move the car away to the emergency lane though I know that should be the thing to do while awaiting for two truck to arrive. Unless I was not pregnant, I could probably do that. But since I am pregnant, I decided to sit in the car (in the middle lane) while awaiting for some kind hearted stranger to assists us.

God was kind to us, He gave us 2 angels to help us pushed the car to the emergency lane. God bless these to Malay samaritans. Finally, we are out of danger. So, we waited patiently for the truck to come Meanwhile, made some changes to the plan whereby asked my mum and sis to take a cab to Mid Valley and later we (me and syg) will come and pick them up at Mid Valley.

So, now everything went according to plan B. Truck came and mum took a cab, me followed back to service centre, and there, upon seeing the familiar Kembara parked by the road side, and my syg waiting for me, you got to imagine the amount of relief that I felt at that time. Syg came immediately from church meeting (which I escaped coz need to bring Mum to Mid Valley to get new pinafore for my youngest sis). I was so thankful to God for keeping all of us safe from any harm.

Talked to Mr Teoh about the incident and was rather sad that should the worse case scenario happen (have to change the entire clutch pad), the cost will be around RM500. And that was excluding the towing service, which amounted to RM150. Well, things happened and nothing much can be done about it. After all, there is a need to spend this money - is for our safety after all.

Then , I made a prayer - I actually did. I asked God to have mercy on us, coz money is certainly very tight for us now. Whats more with the baby coming and the purchase of the house. God does listen to our prayers. A thorough check on the car revealed that only the clutch cable and some minor repairs need to be done. So, all in all, I spent RM185 for it.

Thank you God - for listening to our prayer, for keeping us safe from harm.

I love you, Jesus !

KAGAPE '08

6th July 2008 - Pesta Kaamatan, Gawai dan Panen peringkat Keuskupan Agung Kuala Lumpur telah diadakan di St Anthony Church, Pudu.

This is the harvest festival celebrated by the people from Sabah, Sarawak and Indonesia - giving thanks to GOD for the fruitful harvest that they have received all year long.

It began with mass, celebrated by Archbishop Murphy Pakiam, Fr Jestus, Fr Valentine and 4 other priests (which I have forgotten their names). Mass was indeed wonderful with the beautiful choir and dance presentations by various people.

Then, we had our lunch (which is a major queue just to get the food) and finally we had the celebrations just after lunch. Our church (Gereja Katolik Fatima) was also one of the participants for the celebration where we presented a 'Drama Tari' (which is actually Sumazau dance with Togunggak instruments, guitars and choir)

All in all, we had a fun time at St Anthony and everyone went home tired by happy. I am sure it will be a non-forgtting moment for all of us as this is the first time that we actually play in front of a crowd (what's more for those who have just been baptized recently). God is truly awesome !

King + Pat 's Wedding

~Part 4~

Let the party begins !

Wedding dinner was held at Sunway Club, PJ. The hall was actually a indoor badminton court converted and all the decoration was done by friends. From the balloons to the table setting to the registration counter to the bar, I would say this is what we called 'Tolong - Menolong Dalam Masyarakat Majmuk.'

Lets look at the pictures and see what a good job these great people has done !

Setting of the table - rose petals, engraved rocks, scented candles

The registration counters - to manage all the ang pows received

The wedding cake - Themed 'Butterfly'

Anthony busy sticking the guest lists and table numbers

A huge-sized banner pasted on the wall

The 3 stooges (L - R) - Henry the MC, Desmond the vocalist, Anthony the registration coordinator

Some of the guests seen arriving and signing on the guest book.

The band, led by the groom's bro - Christopher Khoo

Ellison busy ensuring everything goes according to plan

Arrival of King and Pat to kick start the night

And that's it folks ... Till the next wedding in August ! THE END !

~Part 3 ~

The next part is the marriage solemnization at St. Anthony Church, KL. Nothing much to write, so I'll just leave it for the pictures to explain everything ... :)

The altar at St. Anthony Church, Pudu

The bride's father is giving away the bride to the groom

Pat smiling happily - 'Finally it is all over'

The radiant bride and the smiling groom

Posing with the family members after mass

~Part 2 ~

Now, the 1st hurdle for the guys are, of course, 'Declaration of Love'. Now, different couples have different ways of doing it. Let see how King and the geng did it ...

Here comes the 'Chee Muis"

The letter 'I' - Raymond was holding it

"Yup, that's right. You guys have to wear the disposable underwear"

Okay, so far three of us can fit into it.

"Opps, one person is missing ! " Actually Ivan (in red) is at the far left. It should read - I LOVE PAT

There goes the 1st hurdle. 2nd hurdle is where we can actually see King giving all the heng thais a BIG KISS (as a thank you gesture for wearing the underwear) with a bright lipstick on his lips.

"Fabian, you're the best. Muaaaahhhhh"

"Anyone want another kiss ? Let me just 'refill' my lipstick. "

Finally, we are allowed to enter the house. That also have to give 'toll money' first to the 'Chee Muis'. Thought finally we get to meet the bride, but no, more is waiting for us inside. There are at least 4 more hurdles to go through. This is gonna be a longggggg morning.

3rd Hurdle is where both King and Al try to have smoother legs, and no, they are not allowed to use shaver but instead, the wax method ... hahahahaha .... It sure funny looking at them. The trick is to know where to put the wax patch so that it lessen the pain. Ladies, I am sure you know that. Guys will be wondering what the heck I meant by that. Wanna know ? Try it out yourself.

4th hurdle was where the guys was asked some questions about Pat (and mind you, those questions were extremely difficult). If they can't answer the question, then they need to be punish - by doing 1 Yogo pose. In the end, they couldnt answer a single question so they ended up doing Yogo instead.

5th hurdle was where the guys need to sing a song (chosen by the chee muis) and King has to mimic as a pole dancer. I salute Kingston ! He is THE MAN ! He just take everything they dished out to him. Thinking back, my syg was so much luckier. He has not these sort of hurdles to go through.

Last hurdle is the guys need to sing a song. Wait, not just any song, but a song in Hokkien language. And if you notice earlier, none of the heng thais are Chinese. Well, Kingston may be a Chinese but he is unable to speak any Chinese dialects at all. So, as usual, they have to invent a Hokkien song, which was not acceptable since it was not a love song in Hokkien. They pleaded to change to Tamil song and finally the girls relented. Wonder what was the meaning behind that Tamil song coz I had a feeling it is not a love song either. But who cares, bottom line is the door is finally opened and there the Bride is waiting.

King + Pat

To be continued ...

~Part 1 ~

28 June 2008 - King & Pat got married on this day. It was really a whole day event, which practically begans at 6.00am and ends at 12 midnight.

Well, we were part of the entourage (a.k.a "heng thais") for Kingston. 4 cars went to pick the bride at Brickhouse, Sea Park. And now I know why it was called a "brickhouse". Upon reaching, we found out that there were no gate at all ! Only a "prison-like" door, which makes it extremely hard for the "heng thais" to break through the door and kidnap Pat away. Wishful thinking, huh. Unfortunately, it didnt happened that way.

Okie, Part 2 coming up tomorrow !
