- Another 1/2 month bonus, with total bonus for this amounting to 1 month;
- Yearly increment has been revised to between RM80 to RM320, depending on grade;
- Retirement age increased to 60 years;
- Pension scheme increased by 2%;
- New evaluation system that will see better pay, if one performs.
